A little about me:

Kristen Smith holds an M.S. in Ayurveda and Integrative Medicine at Maharishi International University, where she accessed ancient wisdom to further unlock her innate channeling & healing abilities. Kristen works as a medium and divine channel for clients across the world and integrates the wisdom and codes of her past lives with the experiences and knowledge she's gained from this life to create the ultimate healing experience for those seeking lasting, intentional, powerful changes in their lives.

Both Quantum Healing & Ayurveda are based in the theory and wisdom of Vedic literature and ancient texts dating back 5,000+ years. 

I use the techniques such as energetic alignment, subconscious belief shifting, quantum leaping, energetic magnetism, karmic contract shifting, and more to help motivated people heal on a deep, meaningful level.

I apply all that I learned in my Master's Degree of Maharishi AyurVeda & Integrative Medicine, as well as my innate intuitive & channeling gifts, to help my clients shift subconscious beliefs, release stagnant energy, and release suppressed emotions.
